Where do we ship?

We currently offer shipping to Canada and The USA.



Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.



Returns due to non delivery

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Returns & Refunds



Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging

Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return when contacting us.



Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.



Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.



Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement.



Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
